This is their story.Folding Hearts – Tyler and Mirandas story - Miranda is a cousin of Colts on the other side of his family. He has time to reflect on all his past mistakes, he “matures” for lack of a better word. Meanwhile Miranda tries to get Tucker to be a father to Izzy but he isn’t interested. After Tucker threatens her family and brutally beats her he is sent to prison. He gets out early and continues to make threats so she is sent to North Carolina to get away from him. She manages to get her hands free and attacks Tucker who later dies however she also looses the baby and goes into a state of depression. Shortly after Colts ex and her fiancée die in a car accident and social services brings him his 3 year old son that he never knew about. Noah becomes what Savanna needs to lift her out of her funk and they become a family. She becomes pregnant again and she and Colt have a daughter completing their family.

They concoct a scheme to try to prove that Tucker is not the father and Ty is, this involves getting back in touch with troublemaker Heather. She gets her brother to tamper with the paternity test but then changes her mind when she doesn’t get Ty back. She ends up drugging him and taking pictures of them together which devastates Miranda. She packs up and leaves town and gets into a car accident and almost kills herself and the twins. She doesn't believe Ty so Conner gets the proof they need from Heather. The book ends on Bella 5th birthday party. The series has spanned 5 years at this point and Van is pregnant again and Miranda’s mother is engaged to John the Sheriff.
A Mitchell Thanksgiving – hosted by Colt and Van – Novella as the Mitchells gather in Kentucky for Thanksgiving. Bad behavior by Noah and Izzy take up most of the story.
A Mitchell Christmas – hosted by Ty and Miranda – Novella as the Mitchells celebrate Christmas in North Carolina. This looks to be leading into Conner and Amy’s story.

The Mitchell Family Series volumes 15 edition by Jennifer Foor Literature Fiction eBooks Reviews
This was a poorly written story with porn to spice it up. I am not against porn but I found that this author should probably write just porn instead of trying to write for a general audience. The story and the porn was very repetitious, too much teenage drama/ crying, predictable and plain hard to read. I tried to like this series since it was free and you usually don't get such long books for free. However, I never finished it. It was just the same thing over and over and over.
Wow! Just...wow! I don't even know where to begin. Jennifer Foor is an amaaaazing author. Starting with book 1, I was glued to my ereader til I was forced to put it down. The characters are hot, they mesh well with each other, there's lots of drama, there's hot sex, there's fall outs & there's major plot twists in each novel. I didn't think the next book could be better than the first, but they were. I'm amazed at how she can make each novel different from the others but she does & does it well. If you like hot Cowboys & stories that keep you intrigued, you neeeeed to read these. You won't regret it.
J4 is a force to be reckoned with! An author that is a trend setter. I one click and don't even worry if the book will be worth it. They are always EPIC and make me swoon. These novels are no exception. They are books that contain so much angst you need a tissue BOX. These books are a perfect example that show readers with the perfect balance of drama, a great storyline, angst and sexy sizzle can give you a pleasant break from the dark novels that tend to be a trend now. Don't get me wrong, I love those books also, but sometimes I need just need a break. This book delivers romance, sexy, drama, & angst with loveable characters you relate to. They are perfect stories with well developed storylines, as well as character development. J4 delivers sexy like no other. She keeps it real, and delivers us stories with characters we can relate to. She is amazing and this series is a MUST READ!!! Congrats Jenn on another book well done. As long as you keep writing I will continue to stalk you and go all fan girl.
Poorly written. Jennifer should use a dictionary or get Beta readers who can spell. Many grammatical errors. Also, I love to read stories about families, but I prefer the books to be stand alone. Since the author chose to make the books a continuing saga, she didn't need to rehash how the families meshed together in each book. I didn't like by the time I got to the third book she suggested that one should read the first two book to understand what was going on in the third book. That's the way she continued with the subsequent books. Won't be buying any more from this author.
Juvenile, over-sexed, drunken characters that you just want to slap and tell them to grow up. The stories weren't bad, but way over the top with unbelievable scenarios. Bad accident, in coma for over 6 months, wakes and leave hospital not long after, then returns as outpatient for therapy. I would have thought after laying in bed that long, he would need the therapy before he left the hospital. Then we have a kidnapped victim, deaths, births, raising of kids interspersed with heavy drinking and wild sex. Sex got to the point it overpowered interesting parts of storyline, and I skipped a lot of pages. The best parts of the stories were the antics of the kids. They, at times seemed more grown-up then the adults.
It's not often I find a series that can make me both laugh and cry. I had a hard time getting into book one but decided to keep reading and am so glad I did. Book Two took off and from there I couldn't put the series down. Book one is about Luke and Van, book two is about Ty and Miranda, and the rest of the set continues with their lives and family dynamics after the HEA. It is a mix of comedy, suspense, loss and change. The grammatical errors are minor and with the first 4.5 books in a bundle, the storyline flows smoothly. I definitely recommend this set and am watching for the next one.
